Thank you
Expert:  Dr. David replied 21 days ago.

you are very fair skin and with red hair

you really should not be tanning as this is sun damage to your skin.

you want to lighten your skin by avoiding sun, using sun screeen

you can also take glutathione supplements daily which can help lighten your skin as well.

I would not keep tanning more.

I have tried not tanning but that doesn't work. I can't seem to darken the light bits or lighten the dark bits.
Expert:  Dr. David replied 21 days ago.

I would avoid the sun, and protect your skin from sun damage

use SPF sun block on your face daily as sun protection

and try taking glutathione supplements which an help lighten your skin and make more even your skin tone.

you should see a dermatologist as well

this maybe a mild case of vitiligo possibly

I always put factor 50 on as standard everyday. Is there a cream I can use or be prescribed to help lighten the skin
Expert:  Dr. David replied 21 days ago.

there are over the counter skin lightening creams in the US and UK

you can try them.

most will take many months to work

I would also try taking oral glutathione supplements as well which can help lighten your skin.
