I am Indian I have patches of pigmentation on my face . I used the obagi system it faded a little but now it’s spreading over a larger area. I use spf 50. Regularly.
Assistant: How long have you been dealing with this issue? Any other skin concerns?
Customer: I have been suffering from it since 2016 .
Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: I am 60 years old woman. Have been through the menapause

You should continue with SPF30

In addition you should use either topical retinoids or go for a laser treatment

That will help in reducing this pigmentation

Also you can use aloe vera and vitamin E cream

I heard that laser treatment isn’t really good for Indian skin that it can make it worse. Also the retinoid creams are they available over the counter or via gp.

What can my gp prescribe.

You have to visit the GP for retinoids

Laser treatment work well for your skin as well

Actually it has to be checked from your GP as I am not located in your area

But most of the dermatologist or Cosmetologist have this facility
