Ok, have you had blood tests done for hair loss?

Are your periods normal?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
I've been using different texturizer n gels though. I don't know whether to switch to supplements for hair growth

I haventbdone any bloods. I moved to uk last February and noticed my cycle changed from 28 to 24 days. I dont know whether that's a concern

ok, you'll need a whole range of bloods tests to check for causes of hair loss

Ferritin (iron), Vitb12, folate, zinc

and hormone tests such as thyroid, LH, FSH, Testosterone

This is to check if you have vitamin deficiency or hormonal imbalance

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
Alright
Please how do I go about that.
Do you have a GP?
Customer: replied 13 days ago.
Yes I do
Only registered online and haven't gone for any services

Sorry for delayed reply, I did not recieve any notification

You can request your GP to do the blood tests I've suggested

That will be your starting point

But in the meantime, you can purchase hair loss supplements which you can find in Amazon website or Hollands & Barrett. I cant recommend anything specific but ensure they contain zinc, biotin, iron, copper etc and read the reviews
