Hi Good Afternoon.
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: No I haven’t been at Gp yet. I woke up today for a sharp pain at my left shoulder. The pain I feel is about a birthmark.
JA: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: i have this pain about 48 hours ago, and it’s not continuously.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: sometimes I just feel a sharp pain at this point and I know it could be very dangerous

Hello. I'm Dr Chip
Any swelling or redness?

Does it hurt to move the shoulder?

Any injury/trauma involved?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
Hello Dr. Chip . There is no swelling. I was on the sun couple of hours with no sleeve shirt so it could be a problem.

Can you post a picture of the birthmark here for me?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
This is the one . In the middle.

Got it--hold on please

That's a totally benign seborrheic keratosis and would have nothing to do with this

Again--does it hurt to move the shoulder?

Any tenderness?

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
To move my shoulder I don’t feel physically pain. I feel some tenderness, but not especially when something touch it such as clothes. Sometimes I just feel a sharp pain. Obviously more often when I am moving.

Then it has to be a mild case of bursitis--inflammation of the bursal sac around the joint

That can happen without any injury and it's nothing serious

I suggest you try hot packs, topical BenGay or IcyHot and some ibuprofen and it should clear up in a few days
