I have small white pimples on my neck
JA: How long have you been dealing with this issue? Are you experiencing any numbness or tingling?
Customer: Many years now since I had the depo contraceptive injections. I had those for about a year and stopped around 8 years ago. The pimples still flare up No numbness or tingling

Hello. I'm Dr Chip
Could you please post some pictures of those for me here?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They flared to quite badly this morning and I couldn't resist the urge to pop them all. They are like little pimples, always white. They always pop and have like a white liquid as opposed to a pimple on the face. They only flare up on my neck and I now have lots of what look like blackheads there too

Sorry but all those are a little blurred

Can you please try again?

Have you tried anything to treat those?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
In what sense?
I don't wear make up and I try to refrain from spraying perfume directly on that area. (Which I don't wear all too often)
I have tried various face washes for my skin type
Gentle active enzyme exfoliants
I'll occasionally use a glycolic concentrate
They are not continuously present. Some days they are minimal or not visible at all. Today was a bad outbreak. The skin pigmentation which looks like black heads is getting worse
I'd say its hormonal but it doesn't just occur around my cycle

Those are all milia--very small cysts from blocked oil glands and not pimples

I suggest you treat those with an astringent like SeaBreeze and then apply this

Twice a day for two weeks

That should clear it all up

Please let me know if you need any more information

Hmm this is a brand new product, just launched. How would you know for it to be any good in this situation?
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 1 year ago.

I've had many of my patients use it and it's been very effective
