i have black spots from previous breakouts over my face, my forehead has gotten darker due to the amount of black spots and after i wash and dry my face my face feels incredibly dry is there any products you can suggest to clear black spots i’m a 16 yr old black male
i have been having this for a long while now around 2 yrs or shorter it is at a point where i don’t breakout as often but it’s just the black spots that remain i also feel like i might have a bit of eczema on my cheeks area but i’m not 100% sure

Thanks for your query. I've seen the pics. This shows blackheads mainly

Hello are you still there?

Biore is ok, but not the most effective over the counter treatment

You should try acnecide 5% gel and wash which would make a difference to your skin

should i used the gel washed you recommended and the cream he advised i should use?

I'll advise you should try that first for at least 6 weeks

If no improvement, then you'll need prescription medication from the GP

i should use mederma or hydroquinone and acnecide 5% ?

Mederma cream does not work for everyone and would take a long time, at least 3 mths

Hydroquinone is almost like bleaching cream, but has been banned in UK

I'll say acnecide 5% to kill all the spots first, then azelaic acid gel or chemical peels or microdermabrasion to clear the skin

should i use acnecide and hyperquinone?
Customer: replied 9 days ago.
because i have acne and hyperpigmentation

Hydroquinone has risk of cancer so I wont personally recommend that

I've already advised you can use chemical peels or microdermabrasion

alternatively, mederma as suggested or skin success fade cream is good for hyperpigmentation

I hope all this helps

i am a bit confused
should i get acnecide, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, mederma or success fade cream

I said earlier do the acnecide treatment to kill all the spots

then after that you can choose between any of those, as they all help for hyperpigmentation. Comes down to personal preference. If you want me to pick for you, then try fade cream first as cheapest option but takes longer.
