Is it itchy?

Is there any numbness?

Not itchy, slightly uncomfortable when pressing on it. No numbness.

I spend most of my time standing with a standing desk. Sometimes sweaty feet

Ok this can be a developing corn from long standing and pressure.

You can try over the counter topical salicylic acid 40% pads over the area only daily for 10-14 days --the skin will gradually peel off.
