  1. How long has he had this and has this appeared recently??

  2. Did this start after scratching?

  3. Are there any other similar lesions on the body and in his social contacts?

  4. Are there any sensory symptoms like - itching / burning / pain?

  5. Has there been any recent change in color, consistency, surface, margins or diameter?

  6. Are these in Sun exposed areas too?

  7. Are you having multiple moles on the body?

  8. Is there any family history of Melanoma?

  9. Is there any history of exposure to UV radiation, which comes from the sun and from tanning lights and beds?

Thank you for uploading the images for my better understanding.

This looks like Body Acne.

I suggest -

1. Frequent washing of the area You can get a good one here -

2. Apply this after the wash -

3. At night before sleeping - you can apply this -

4. Oral vitamin supplements like - Niacinamide/ Zinc and Vitamin A can be helpful and are available OTC too.

For gel

  1. Wash the affected area with a mild skin cleanser and water.

  2. Gently pat your skin dry.

  3. Put a thin layer of gel on all the affected areas.

You'll usually use the gel once or twice a day. If you have sensitive skin, use the gel once a day, before going to bed.
