I get really bad hormonal acne I’ve tried everything (benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, Azelaic acid) but nothing seems to make it better or stop it from happening each month is there anything else I can do?

I've seen the pic which shows some small acne cysts on your face

You have three options here

1. Oral antibiotic like Lymecycline and Epiduo

2. Oral contraceptive pill like Dianette or yasmin

The third option if any of the two dont work

3. Roacccutane

Thanks for the quick response, would I need to go to my doctor to get these prescribed?

Yes, they are only on prescription

Option 1 takes 6 weeks to see good effect and you continue for few months

Option 2 takes 2 to 3 month and you continue for 1-2 years

Option 3 takes few months too
