Hi I have raised freckles and they are not like typical freckles but seem like skin tags but are not skin tags, hope that makes sense I want to get rid of them but they are near my eye area
JA: When did freckles first appear? Have you used any medication for this?
Customer: they appeared around 9 years ago and no medication

Hi I have attached a photo, they are more prominent under my eyes and they are more visible in the summers as compared to the winters

They were a lot smaller but when I went to a very hot country they became worse unfortunately the airport threw my sun creams away and I have been left with this permanent damage

These are likely syringomas -arising from blocked sweat ducts.

Reason can be genetic or hereditary.

is there a way to get rid of them?

Retinoid therapy with tretinoin A 0.05% cream daily at night time can be tried over the lesions for 3 months.

Laser treatment is another good option to remove them
