Hi I am getting small red bumps on my skin some are small whiteheads feels like a rash but does not itch they are reddish pink not dark at all

I am 25. Healthy lifestyle no medical issues. Drink lots of water. Not sure what this is

They are called Milium --arising due to the blocked sweat ducts.

You can try following treatment option:

1. Salicylic acid 10% lotion like Cerave for example daily in daytime for 6 weeks--to cleanse the pores.


2. Adapalene 0.1% gel daily at bedtime for 6 weeks at least --helps to regenerate healthy skin and control inflammation.
