Does he have a fever? If so, since when?

Has he come in contact with anything that could have given him an allergy - gone swimming or hiking etc?

Please post the pictures.

This is a heat rash - also called prickly heat or miliaria . Heat rash develops when blocked pores (sweat ducts) trap perspiration under the skin causing the formation of small or big reddish itchy rash.

Please apply a cold pack over the skin. Then apply a 1% hydrocortisone over the rash - this will decrease the inflammation and reduce itching.

Dust Caldacene powder to keep the skin dry and protected.
