They look like seborrheic dermatitis --a benign condition.
You can try over the counter Hydrocortisone ointment 2 times daily for 10 days over the bumps.
You can use moisturizer like petrolatum jelly daily.
Now there is no infection --so Hydrocortisone can be used.
Another option non steroid will be Selsun blue shampoo application over the area.
Will not help --this is not an infection.
Selenium sulfide may help
Your best option will be steroid ointment.
You can confirm from a local dermatologist.
No antifungal will help you.
This is inflammation from immune system attacking your skin layer.
There is no infection.
No it is not antifungal.
Hydrocortisone is a steroid.
Selenium sulfide is also anti inflammatory medication but weaker than steroid.
I did not suggest any antifungal so far
