There are a number of possibilities for this lesion.

The most likely is contact dermatitis or eczema. This is an atopic reaction, an allergic reaction, to something that is in contact with this, perhaps your earring.

Other possibilities are:

psoriasis

seborrheic dermatitis.

None of these are dangerous or risky lesions but you have to wait for your dermatologist opinion.

Hope I have been able to clarify the situation for you and helped in resolving your query.
If you need more help, please let me know so l can continue to assist you.
Thank you and I wish you the best of health - stay safe!

Squamous cell carcinoma
Customer: replied 6 days ago.
you don't think it's Squamous cell carcinoma
Expert:  Dr. P. Jyoti replied 5 days ago.

It may be squamous cell carcinoma also, I did consider it but I wanted to consider the simpler options first and get them ruled out. From the picture, it could be any of the conditions I mentioned plus SCC. A biopsy will be confirmatory.
