this is Dr. David
what is your question?
you can use everything except oral erythromycin
you can use the topical antibiotics and creams and benzyol peroxide.
you can use the face washes
you should avoid gluten and flour and sugar and see if that helps your skin.
you shouldn't use isotrentinoin which can cause birth defects but this is a prescription acne treatment
it is not easy to treat acne while you are pregnant
there are many treatments which you can't have
and also spironolactone
did you have acne before your pregnancy?
is this your first pregnancy?
there is no right sequence of use of those products
if the products are not helping and making these worse, I would stop them
I would avoid gluten, flour, pasta, bread, cereal, milk in your diet and see if that helps
you can drink almond milk
and use gluten free products and breads and cereals
I would get checked for polycystic ovarian syndrome with blood testing to see if you have this which can cause bad acne.
ask your doctor for treatment for spironolactone or isotrentinoin prior to IVF to see if they help with your acne prior to IVF
yes, you can use azelic acid and hyayluronic acid togethter.
I would use the benzyol peroxide before bed.
