You are not having any active disease at the moment but you might have exposure to hepatitis B virus that made you antibodies
I would recommend to do liver function tests and consult any Hepatologist (specialist of liver)
A positive anti-HBc (or HBcAb) test result indicates a past or current hepatitis B infection.
So you need further examination and if needed tests by Hepatologist.
You might need a liver ultrasound scan also

Yes most likely in that case you should get specialist check up as soon as possible
Anti-Hbc positive antibodies might be present in recent or past infection both depending which either IgM or IgG is predominant. So do not put yourself in this completed stuff. Better get checked soon
