I have a rash on my neck I first noticed it after getting a spray tan a few weeks ago but it hasn't shifted.

Past medical history?

Any medicines using?

Smoking and alcohol?

Female. I have painful bladder syndrome. Amitriphtaline 40mg and regurin 20mg

It looks like some allergic rash. Is it itchy or any fever?

It's not very itchy only itchy after I shower or rub it. I did notice it after I got a spray tan. But that was 3 weeks ago it hasn't went away

Do you have any redness in any other areas of body?

Any recent infection or loose bowels?

Any swelling in lips or problems with breathing?

It looks like some contact dermatitis a type of eczema triggered by contact with a particular substance.

I would advise following:


  1. Keep yourself well hydrated

  2. Cetirizine 10mg once daily

  3. Use topical moisturizers

If these don't work then you might need some topical steroid cream which you can get only by prescription
