Over the past couple of days, I have developed small, itchy

This answer was rated:

Over the past couple of days, I have developed small, itchy spots on the back of my hands and on my wrists. There are also dry, itchy patches on my index and middle finger near the joints. Just wondering what it might be as it is starting to get uncomfortable.
JA: When did the itchiness first appear? Have you used any medication for this?
Customer: It first appeared 3-4 days ago. I haven't used any medications for it, just hand cream.
JA: Got it. Have you seen a dermatologist about the itchiness?
Customer: Not yet
JA: Thank you so much for your time. Finally, is there anything else in your medical history you think the Dermatologist should know?
Customer: I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant, but not sure if it's related.

Hello. I'm Dr Chip
Please post a picture of that for me here

Sure. One second, I'm on the laptop so just sending myself the images and will upload here.

Got them--hold on please

That's an allergic dermatitis and the trigger can be difficult to determine

You can clear that up with hydrocortisone cream applied twice a day and oral benadryl

Thank you! I will give that a go!
