Customer: i had the sunburn about three months ago and my arms are still red, they aren't sore or anything but i thought it would have gone away by now.
JA: Got it. Have you seen a dermatologist about sunburn?
Customer: No I haven't

Red discoloration may persist for longer time.

Avoiding further sun exposure will be better.
