I’m getting in touch with you for my son who has very bad

Customer Question

Hello I’m getting in touch with you for my son who has very bad excema
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: He was seen regularly with the doctors when he was little and was prescribed lots of different cortisones , emulsifiers . I put them on three times a day and that used to keep his skin well , it was so bad once that it used to weep ! Since he’s got older all the doctor will do is prescribe him cortisone and emulsifier and it doesn’t do anything he is red flared all over with cuts that bleed . It’s a bit of a cry for help as it’s got him so down his mental health is worrying
JA: How long have you had the symptoms? What seems to make the symptoms worse or better?
Customer: he has had it since he was little however his ashma and excema seems to have got worst over the last three years he can’t pin point what makes him worst , his skin just never healed
JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: He also has terrible dandruff which coats everything and is making him embarrassed to go to his new job as a car salesman

Sometime he gets cellulitis on his hands and feet and needs antibiotics
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 13 days ago.

OK

He should ask his doctor for a course of oral prednisone to clear this up

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
I’m afraid He was prescribed this the last time but it didn’t do anything
Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 13 days ago.

Then he should ask for singulair oral and tacrolimus cream
