This looks like ingrown hair bump.

May not be infected any more.

You can try Salicylic acid 5% peel and Hydrocortisone for itching for 10 days

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Where do I get that? Can I put germoline on it? With hydrocortisone get rid of it?
Customer: replied 20 days ago.
How do I get the ingrown hair out?
Expert:  Dr Basu replied 20 days ago.

you should be able to get both online

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Will germoline work on it?
Expert:  Dr Basu replied 20 days ago.

No it will not --you need salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide to cleanse the pores.

Glycolic acid lotion 8% is effective (Alpha-hydrox, Neo-Strata, others).
