So it went away and came back again???

Customer: replied 18 days ago.
it didn’t fully go away when I scratched it off a faint mark was still there then it came back as a thick ugly spot how it is right now

Expert:  Zee J replied 18 days ago.

Most likely it is some skin cyst

Expert:  Zee J replied 18 days ago.

A skin cyst is a fluid-filled lump just underneath the skin. It's common and harmless, and may disappear without treatment.

Customer: replied 18 days ago.
but no puss is coming out and it’s been there for like a year
Expert:  Zee J replied 18 days ago.

Yes these features fit into cyst formation

Expert:  Zee J replied 18 days ago.

A skin cyst is a round, dome-shaped lump. It's yellow or white, often with a small dark plug through which you might be able to squeeze out pus.

Cysts can range in size from smaller than a pea to a few centimetres across. They grow slowly.

Skin cysts do not usually hurt, but can become tender, sore and red if they become infected.

Foul-smelling pus coming out of the cyst is another sign of infection

Customer: replied 18 days ago.
i pick it constantly so will not picking it cause it to disapear?
Expert:  Zee J replied 18 days ago.

Yes mots likely however, the cysts might persist sometimes

Expert:  Zee J replied 18 days ago.

They are harmless and not dangerous
