Hi I have a patch of red and dry skin on my left side near the lip. But no where near the corner of the mouth and it’s not been getting better I have had it for 3 weeks
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Do you notice any redness or scaling?
Customer: 3 weeks and redness with dry scaling skin

It’s not as flaky now as I have moisturised but gets dry pretty readily

It’s not that clear on the photo. But I have been using epaderm cream to help with the hydration but there is no improvement

It's a patch of seborrheic dermatitis

You can clear it with over the counter canesten cream applied twice a day for five days
