In the first instance I would suggest using an effective topical combination product such as Epiduo:

And assessing the response over a minimum of 2 months (more like 3 months really).

If the results still aren’t satisfactory, then I would consider combining Epiduo with a 3-6 month course of oral antibiotic such as Lymecycline:

Ok
Customer: replied 16 days ago.
How do I apply it to get an effective result of a smooth face without black spot
Expert:  Dr. Ben replied 16 days ago.

Please be aware that Epiduo can be quite drying or even irritating to skin initially and often can make the skin appear worse temporarily before it starts to improve.

As such, it is often advisable to gradually build up exposure to it, allowing the skin time to adapt. This can be done by applying every 2nd or 3rd day and/or washing off 30-60 minutes after application. The eventual aim will be to apply every evening and leave on overnight.

I am talking of those tiny black spots close to my eye
Expert:  Dr. Ben replied 16 days ago.

They are likely to need some basic cosmetic treatment such as laser, so would suggest arrange a private dermatology consultation (in person) so that the best option can be discussed if you wish to treat these.

Expert:  Dr. Ben replied 16 days ago.

Hi, just following up on your question - please let me know if you have any further questions about this and I'll be more than happy to help :)

A cosmetic dermatology clinic such as this one based in Leamington Spa, should be suitable.
