Customer: I have been having pimples/acne for a long time since my puberty and I'm 31years now. I am still having and it's causing lots of scars and black spot. I need help
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: Yes. Long time ago, and he advised me to stop eating fatty foods and also use warm water to wash my face and avoid touching my face
JA: How long have you been dealing with this issue? Any other skin concerns?

In the first instance I would suggest using an effective topical combination product such as Epiduo:

And assessing the response over a minimum of 2 months (more like 3 months really).

If the results still aren’t satisfactory, then I would consider combining Epiduo with a 3-6 month course of oral antibiotic such as Lymecycline:

How do I apply it to get an effective result of a smooth face without black spot

Please be aware that Epiduo can be quite drying or even irritating to skin initially and often can make the skin appear worse temporarily before it starts to improve.

As such, it is often advisable to gradually build up exposure to it, allowing the skin time to adapt. This can be done by applying every 2nd or 3rd day and/or washing off 30-60 minutes after application. The eventual aim will be to apply every evening and leave on overnight.
