Hi...Thank you for uploading the images for my better understanding.
By what you say and correlating it with the images I feel that it is a simple skin allergy called Urticaria or pressure urticaria or contact dermatitis in medical terms. The other possibility is Insect bite allergy.
I am sorry for the symptoms but they can be really irritating and persistent.
The trick of management is that you need to be getting an antihistamine at regular intervals round the clock into the system to keep the allergic response at bay.
I suggest -

  1. Tablet Hydroxizine 25mg at 12am/6am/12pm/6pm (Non OTC) (as the itching is severe)
  2. Syrup Benadryl (12.5mg/5ml) 10ml at 3am/9am/3pm/9pm (OTC) (as the itching is severe)
  3. Topical emollients and lotions will help.
  4. Do not apply Calamine lotion as sometimes it may aggravate the situation please.
  5. If this not showing effect in 48 hours you can apply 1% Hydrocortisone cream twice a day for 7 days and the once daily in the morning for another 7 days and then stop it please.

I usually suggest this with excellent results.

I sincerely ***** ***** I have helped you today!

It doesn’t look like cancer?
Customer: replied 13 days ago.
An insect bite on the breast could make the skin underneath swollen?
Expert:  Dr.Sumanth replied 13 days ago.
I can assure you is that it is not looking like cancer and moreover it is recent has developed within a span of a day or two or hours which is suggestive of allergy taking inter consideration this surrounding redness.
Expert:  Dr.Sumanth replied 13 days ago.

It's itchy too.

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
If it wasn’t itchy that could still be a bite too?
Expert:  Dr.Sumanth replied 13 days ago.

Unlikely but the appearance looks so.

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
It doesn’t feel itchy to me it’s just there, so it’s more likely to be cancer?
Expert:  Dr.Sumanth replied 13 days ago.

No cancer can stat like this in such a short span of time.

Customer: replied 13 days ago.
Ah okay it takes a long time, it has gone now, a bite can last a few hours?
Expert:  Dr.Sumanth replied 13 days ago.

Yes please an allergic reaction can be there like this for few hours.
