Dear Customer: Greetings, this is Dr. Basu, experienced Medical Specialist and former attending physician of Harvard Medical School. I am board-certified with many years of experience. I did review your inquiry and I am hoping to give you at least some high-quality guidance here.
Please give me some time to review your concerns. Please be patient with me as I am on and off the computer so responses can be delayed at times, but I will be glad to help.
Are these bumps itchy? or painful?
Thanks again for the photo.
These are not likely acne.
They are more likely Milia.
They are called Milium --arising due to the blocked sweat ducts.
You can try the following over the counter treatment option:
1. Salicylic acid 10% peel daily in daytime for 6 weeks--to cleanse the pores.
2. Adapalene 0.1% gel daily at bedtime for 6 weeks at least --helps to regenerate healthy skin and control inflammation.
You should consider hyaluronic acid containing facial moisturizer to give good skin tone and prevent dryness.
The common one will be Neutragena hydroboost gel cream.
Yes only on these bumps
