With the camera powered on, and connected to the computer, do you see the camera drive letter or the camera device in Computer or on the Desktop screen? Is there anything showing on the camera's screen when connected to the computer?


What's the model of your new computer? Is it a laptop or desktop?


Does your new computer have a (camera) memory card slot on the computer (not the USB port)?
