I have a Canon sX50 HS and have sudenly stopped being able to download RAW's to
EOS Utility or see them as pictures on DPP, they appear as blank crossed out squares.

(I.e. is it running Windows, or MAC OS X / Apple OS ?)

What program or window are you viewing the blank crossed-out squares in? DPP ? (if so, what is the full name of that program, please?)

Your advertisement advertised £13 for an answer, this would be worthwhile so I filed in my payment details. The next page said I would be charged £13 a month. Not worth while. I have 3 canon cameras and havo been using this software for years with no trouble. This is a con. I don't mind paying once but you had better not charge me again or you will be hearing from my Solicitor. Dr John XXXXXX
