I have a Fujifilm Finepix S1730 - have put new batteries and new card into camera - onscreen comes up - ! FRAME NO: FULL - with a yellow exclamation mark next to a yellow camera sign.
Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

In this case, you need to do a 'frame number reset'.

Turn the camera On, press MENU/OK and get past the Language setting and the Date setting if need be.

Press MENU/OK again, then scroll down to SET UP and then scroll right...
...and scroll down to FRAME NO. and then scroll right and select RENEW...
...and then press MENU/OK.

Press MENU/OK, scroll down to SET UP, then scroll right until at Tab 2.
Scroll down to FORMAT, then scroll right and choose OK, then press MENU/OK.

(That last reformats the memory card, I think. It might not be altogether necessary if the card is new but already formatted and usable.)

The Frame number reset should set the picture name back to begin with "100-[etc.]"

And the FRAME NO: FULL error message should be gone.

Please rate my Answer - favorably I would hope - so that I may be paid for the work I have done on your question. Thanks, ***** ***** luck.
