Has it worked before? If so, when did it stop working?
And which version of windows is on the computer?
Thank you

Yes it used to work but changed broadband provider when we moved and it has not worked since. Using Windows 7

Thanks Tanya
The reason is you have to install it again as you now have a new wireless network from the new provider.
So first, on the computer, go to Start, Devices and Printers, and right click on it and select Remove
Then run through the installation again exactly like you did initially when you got the printer, and once it is connected to the wireless network and you have it installed on the computer it will work again.
It just needs to be installed on the new wireless network and again on the computer with the new settings.
Let me know the results please
Thank you
