Wifi has 4 bars out of 5. Not bothered whether its remote or USB but tried again as wifi and it wouldn't print of scan.

Not happy with how this is going. Already paid £15 for support which I think should be free from Canon. Extra amount for remote tech support - come on I can buy another printer for a little more than this! Not happy
