Have Canon MG5350. All ink supplies ok. Wifi connected. Printer receives data and goes through printing process but does not actually print. Paper passes through blank. Have gone through maintenance procedures, cleaning no avail. Printing problem occurred when printing CD labels using "Smileonmymac DiscLabel-1"

As the first step Ken, I want to make sure the firmware is not the issue.
Remove the power to the printer and wait 10 minutes.
Then connect the power to the printer, turn it on and then try to print.
Let me know the results please
