Sid of camera is on wifi settings on iPad when I try to connect camera it says please wait negotiating then
Could not connect
On the iPad, hold the home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo and release.
Let the iPad restart and when it has, tell me if it now connects please.

It was the firmware that had an issue, and needed a hard restart. We did this just then. It will now be ok.
