I have a Finepix HS50EXR camera and I have been downloading

Hello I have a Finepix HS50EXR camera and I have been downloading fine until I moved to Windows 10 and since that time I cannot download - can you help?

Can you tell me please the error you receive when you try to download the pictures from the camera?

There is nothing to download - there are over 600 images on the camera not downloaded


Connect the camera, then press the windows key (the key to the left of the ALT key) and E

This opens a new window.

Click on This PC

Tell me what you see listed under devices and drives there please.

Right click it and select import and this will start the import process

ok, open this and search for any photos please, they are normally in a folder called DCIM

I double clicked the 53 out 59 icon - was I wrong (am technophobe! :-))

you needed to locate the folder DCIM as this is where the pictures are, you may have missed those messages from me?
