Hi there and welcome

Can you remove the battery please then hold the shutter button down for 60 seconds then release.

Wait 5 minutes, put the battery back in and turn it on.

Tell me please if it now takes new phtoos correctly (make a new photo and check)

ok, I want you please to do a two button reset.

With the camera on, hold the Qual and +/- buttons on the top of the camera (marked with a green dot for 3 seconds then release.

The control panels turn off briefly while settings are reset

Once done, tell me if it now improves please
