My Canon PIXMA Pro 9500 MkII has its ink cartridge rack

Customer Question

My Canon PIXMA Pro 9500 MkII has its ink cartridge rack apparently jammed at the right of the compartment. I need to change a cartridge. The most recent job was to print 6 A4 pages in colour both sides leading to ink stripes. Error message B200 displayed. I performed a switch-off power lead and on again and attemtped to gently draw out the cartridge rack with one finger.
No success.
What do I have to do?

Hi there and welcome

B200 is a board failure. Can you try thee following please

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Let me know the results please
