Hello, I'm Dr. Deb and I'll do my best to help you today.
I'm sorry for this concern about Tyler but I do have a few questions to ask, if you don't mind so that I can provide you with the best possible answer:

1. I'm assuming that Tyler is straining to have a bowel movement?
2. Was the last one he produced hard and firmer than normal?
3. Is he otherwise acting fine? No lethargy or vomiting?

There may be a slight delay after I receive your answers since I have to type up a response to you. Thanks for your patience. Deb
