I am so sorry to hear about your situation...I know this breaks your heart.

The best thing to do if you cannot keep Bizkit is to find a No Kill shelter that will take her and treat her well until someone will take her. They can often find Foster parents to take Bizkit and they will care for her and give her veterinary care for her skin condition. Start with the local humane society and they cab direct you.
