My dog has been leaking milk from her breast and now I have just noticed a limb in one of her breast??
I am sorry to hear you are worried about your dog.

How old is she? Is she spayed (desexed)?

Do you mean she has a lump (not a "limb")?

This is an Info Request, to help me answer your question.

She is 9 and sorry yes I meant lump no she's not spayed and she defo isn't pregnante
Thank you for the additional information.

If she is not spayed and there is a lump in her breast, this is probably a tumor. Dogs that are not spayed are more at risk for breast cancer than unspayed ones. The good news is that the most common kind of breast cancer in dogs, called a "mixed mammary tumor" usually does not spread, and can be completely cured with surgery.

The other possibility is a false pregnancy. Some dogs, about 2 months after being in season, will develop milk. That would usually happen in all the glands, however, not just one.

I would have her checked out by her veterinarian as soon as you can.

Please let me know what else I can answer or help with.
