Are dried stoneless dangerous for dogs - toxic??
Hello, my name is***** and I have over 20 years of experience as a veterinarian. I understand that you are concerned about your dog eating something dried but I am unclear as to what your pup Tex ate.

What specifically did Tex eat?
How much did he eat?
How is he feeling now?
Any pre-existing health conditions?

Thanks for your patience with my questions, I'll send my recommendations once I see your responses.

My dog Tex ate approx; 100 gr, of dried dates.

Thank you for the further information.
Dates are not toxic for dogs, and if the pits are removed then there is no need to worry about a gastrointestinal obstruction.
Dates are very high in sugar and fiber though so you may see some diarrhea, gas and some abdominal cramps but that should be short term and some dogs don't have any effects at all.
I don't recommend that you induce vomiting.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
