My collie has two episodes of what looks lije hiccuping with tongue lickinf two nights in a row at the samwtime, is fine during the day , has pooed , peed and it was normal, eaten well , gums are pink .

I'm suspicious that what you are seeing could be due to nausea or neurologic dysfunction (like a seizure).

She still eating, abdomen is soft and is fine during the day just these episodes around 11pm

Around 5pm
OK, you can either give the Pepcid around 7 or 8pm, or you can offer a small amount of food at 9 or 10 pm. Either of these would be viable long term options if they prevent the hiccuping and lip smacking.
