I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. A delayed hypersensitivity reaction to vaccine should be considered with the history you've provided. Seizures aren't commonly seen as a symptom of this reaction but do occasionally occur if systemic inflammation involves Ben's brain. Treatment usually involves the administration of a potent corticosteroid such as prednisone.
Please have his attending vet take another look at Ben. This isn't something you'll be able to manage at home if Ben doesn't remiss unaided -which is possible. "Watchful waiting" at Ben's age, however, isn't prudent. He doesn't have the reserve that a much younger dog has.
