I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Please let me know if you still need help. May I have an update on Alfie, please?

Does "an abscess at his back passage" describe an anal sac gland abscess? If so, the antibiotic and nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) should be helpful but if the abscess hasn't ruptured naturally or by Alfie's vet, the antibiotic won't be able to penetrate into the abscess well. Neither drug should cause panting and a shaky head but pain could result in that behavior. His "heart resistors track" is unclear to me. Please clarify.
