How did they diagnose a problem with the gall bladder- with ultrasound?

Just wanted to make sure that we knew for sure what the problem was and that they had documented it with ultrasound

Ultrasound is my specialty :)

I have no concerns about Ruby being on this medication long term.

However, they should be doing regular scans to re-evaluate the gall bladder. If it is improving then the need for the medication goes away.
