My dog hasn’t eaten since yesterday morning. Drinking

Customer Question

My dog hasn’t eaten since yesterday morning. Drinking normally, gums normal colour. Temperature of 38. Wee normal, haven’t seen him poo.
He was fine last night during a training session and played with friends this morning but all day has been quiet and “running away” from what I think is stomach/abdominal pain and has held his head in a low position a lot ( showing discomfort)What would you advise as the best course of action?
