This rash has also just started to appear under her shoulder

Sorry to hear of this problem with Missy. How long has this skin lesion been present for? Is she biting or chewing that area at all?

It's been at least a couple of months, it started with another skin condition on the base of her tail which had now cleared then this appeared. I've taken her to the vets who've given her steroid cream then when that didnt work steroid tablets & antibiotics but it still hasn't worked
