My dog (6 years old cavalier king charles) has been sick

This answer was rated:

my dog (6 years old cavalier king charles) has been sick four times today. Apart from this she seems ok, perhaps a bit subdued, but not in pain or certainly nothing I can discern. I have felt all over her body and couldn't see any lumps or bumps. Should I get her to a vet or hope it will be ok tomorow.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. Some lumps are serious and some aren't. Let's see what the Veterinarian has to say. What is the dog's name?
Customer: Accccc;;
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Accccc?
Customer: Sorry computer playing up, her name is Daisy

Was my question forwarded to you??
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Are you there???

Yes it was

I am hoping that this is just acute gastritis

Give Pepcid AC at 0.5 mg/pound 2X daily

Just put on tip of finger and place on back of tongue

Pedialyte to drink starting 2 hours after the first dose

No food till later tonight

Then cooked hamburger and rice

Watch for vomiting, not eating, blood in vomit

Update me ASAP if you see those

Otherwise update me tonight

I will revise the plan then

I will stay with you till this is all sorted out

I think you must be in the States. It is Saturday evening here, I don't know what Pepcid AC is nor Pedialyte and sadly all the vets, bar emergency are closed. Should I get her to an emergency vet?

Yes I am

I think that we can wait till morning and then you can get the Pepcid (Famotodine_ OTC at the chemist

But if continues to vomit then take in to the ER
