I will talk through here

Of course

This is likely just acute gastritis

Let’s give Pepcid AC at 1 X 10mg tablet per 20 pounds twice daily-grocery store

If in UK, NZ or AUS you can useNexium at 0.5 mg/pound daily

Just put on tip of finger and place on back of tongue

Pedialyte to drink starting 2 hours after the first dose

No food till later tonight

Then cooked hamburger and rice

Watch for vomiting or continued vomiting, not eating, blood in vomit

Update me ASAP if you see those

Otherwise update me tonight

I will revise the plan then

I will stay with you till this is all sorted out

Okay?
