Hello, you are through to Dr Linda, a UK based vet.
I'm very sorry to hear this.
Buster sounds quite unwell and would appear to have several serious health issues including a bacterial infection of the eyes and joint disease. He may well be dehydrated and constipated.
He does need to see a vet asap to assess him and may benefit greatly from medicine such as pain releif and an appetite stimulant.
Offer warm chicken or fish with water and keep him warm and comfortable at home.

That adds to the concern and could indicate e.g. a chest infection, heart disease or chronic bronchitis.
As I say, I would want him seen by a vet today so we can start treatment ASAP.
