Hello, you are through to Dr Linda, a UK based vet.

I'm sorry to hear this.

What age is he?

Has he had his first vet check, vaccines, flea treatment and wormer?

What has he been fed?

Without further information it is very difficult for me to provide the best advice but I shall certainly try.

Please reply when you can and we can continue the conversation.

When a puppy is unwell, we always need to take it very seriously as they can go downhill quickly. They are at risk of dehydration and low blood sugar.

Puppies usually have a healthy appetite as they are growing and active so a dip in appetite is a concern.

I would advise seeing a vet right away if he has not perked up and is not eating.

They will examine him and may run some tests such as a blood test and abdominal scan.

Hopefully he is back to normal very soon,

Take care,

Linda.
